Contracted to construct a new, robust river wall in Barking, a key component of the Fresh Wharf development. This project, the first phase of a larger scheme delivering 911 new homes, also included the creation of moorings and pontoon decks. The site presented significant challenges, including predominantly cohesive ground and substantial groundwater ingress.

Project Scope:

Construction of a robust wall for development protection and mooring, including a Dawson sheet pile capping beam system. Management of Licensing/MMO applications, construction planning, temporary works design, Inter-tidal RC/river works, and capping beam installation
