Awarded the contract to develop four brand new luxury houses. The project presented unique challenges due to a steep sloping site, requiring innovative groundworks and retaining wall solutions.

Project Scope:

Full site preparation including excavation, Installation of drainage, attenuation systems and reinforced concrete foundations.

A two-part retaining solution, combining traditional concrete walls for stability and gabion baskets for cost-effective slope retention and aesthetic integration.
