Project: Bespoke Residential Dwelling

Project Background:

Contracted to undertake the substructure for a unique residential dwelling in East Sussex. The project involved the construction of a basement and four floors, utilising the innovative Nudura Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) system. The client's vision was to create a luxurious and energy-efficient home with exceptional amenities.

Project Scope:

Construction of the basement with underground facilities and four-story building.

Construction of specialised spaces, including a cinema room, indoor gym, and bowling alley.

The Nudura ICF system, installed by our qualified team, delivered a fast, efficient, and eco- friendly build, maximizing energy savings and promoting sustainability.
